On Wednesday 11th October, two teams played in the Eastern 2 Hockey Festival. Both teams battled really hard and played some brilliant hockey. Vallajeelt Vipers (white t-shirts) placed 6th and Vallajeelt Vikings (purple t-shirts) placed 2nd, this awarded Vallajeelt Vikings a place in the National Finals.
On Tuesday 17th October, we played in the finals, finishing in 7th place. The competition was really tough, playing 8 games in a row with no rest in between. We won 1, drew 4 and lost 3, the team fought from the beginning till the very end and every single player should be very proud of themselves.
