A few weeks ago, our school came together to celebrate World Kindness Week, and what an incredible week it was! From 10th to 14th November, kindness was at the heart of everything we did.
We kicked off the celebrations with a joint assembly, where we reflected on the importance of kindness in our daily lives. A highlight of the assembly was the introduction of our new kindness song, which quickly became a favorite among students. It was wonderful to see everyone singing together and embracing the spirit of kindness.
Throughout the week, acts of kindness were everywhere—big and small. Whether it was helping a friend, sharing a smile, or lending a hand, our students truly showed what it means to care for one another. To recognise these efforts, one child from each class was awarded for demonstrating exceptional kindness, either within their classroom or across the school. These awards celebrated not just individual actions but the positive ripple effect kindness creates in our community.
It has been lovely to see all the kindness shown at our school. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, compassion, and joy, reminding us that kindness is a powerful force that brings people together. Let’s keep this spirit alive every day—not just during Kindness Week. Together, we can make our school an even kinder, happier place!
